To schedule a speaker:

Please fill out and submit the online Speaker Request Form.  You will receive a confirmation email after you submit the form.  We will contact our speakers and get back to you.  (DCMGA requests a two week notification to allow time to find appropriate volunteer speakers.)   If you have any questions, contact our speaker coordinator at, or call the Extension office at 940-349-2883.

Some presentations are shown with a laptop, projector, and screen, some are demonstrations, and some use other formats. Our speakers can bring whatever they need. Most talks are about 45-60 minutes.  Please specify additional requirements you may have.

Although there is no charge for speakers, donations are accepted in the form of honorariums and are used to support the community projects of the Denton County Master Gardener Association.
